Rational Numbers was founded by Steven Elliott at the begining of 2009. 
It is uniquely positioned to offer accounting and associated services to clients within the promotional products market place but it is not limited to just that arena.

Steven has worked as Finance Director, IT Director and Operations Director in the promotional products industry since 1989, latterly as Finance and Operations Director for Promoserve Business Systems Limited until he left to form Rational Numbers.  He delivers many of the Accountancy based training courses offered by Promoserve and has the most comprehensive knowledge in the UK of the “inner workings” of all of its accounting functions.
